Mimulus aurantiacus

Mimulus aurantiacus. This unusual hardy perennial plant forms a shrubby plant to about 2ft in height. The large flared orange trumpets are produced throughout summer well into autumn. Best in a sunny spot in the border or in a garden container in free draining soil. Very drought tolerant. Mulch around crown in autumn.

Very irresistible when in flower. Very zingy!!
